I actually have been to a few games back in the "glory years" and while I question the "whistle every 30 seconds" comment I will say that the game does lack a certain panache. But for reasons unknown to me they do offer a championship trophy and to date we have won more than our share and hopefully another one this year.

Soccer...Delaware (6-0-1) @ #20 ODU (4-1)...should be a true test for the Hens who look to have finally rejuvenated their soccer program after last year's playoff push. Looking forward to seeing how we stack up vs one of the CAA's best.

Their men's lax team is defending back to back CAA champs. Made the Final 4 in lax in 2007 beating #2 Virginia which is still considered one of the biggest upsets in the sport come tourney time. The fact that they made it to the final 4 with the traditional powers usually dominating the sport was impressive. I know you don't have the sport at ODU so it's magnitude doesn't mean that much to you.

Like I said.....you can't talk crap about field hockey when you were bragging about freaking Lacrosse. At least it's women playing field hockey.....the fact that men, or should i say, little boys, at your school are participating in that p*ssy sport really gives you ZERO credibility to question our program.

Also, "stolen from the native americans"? Isn't every sport stolen? Just how canada has the canadian football league? How Japan and the Dominican Republic are probably better at baseball than the US? Where I went to high school and I assume the several other high schools in my region half of the football team was also on the lacrosse team. I played football and lacrosse with numerous classmates that were recieving D-1 scholarships for both Lacrosse and Football. Have you ever even watched a men's lacrosse game before? You're really gonna praise the sport of soccer and bash the sport of lacrosse where if you ask me one has to be more athletic in lacrosse than soccer? I'd tell you, I would love to see you play goalie in a lacrosse game and see how you're opinion changes when you see hard rubber ball coming straight at you and most likely at 90-100 mph.

Well I'll give you that little kids soccer is 20-some kids all running after the ball. It's once they get older they realize that the "running", especially the sprinting part of soccer is grossly overrated.

I grew up with plenty of "advantages". I went to Randolph macon before I went to ODU. It's a private school in Virginia that runs about 30k a year. I'm not sure anyone in the entire white trash state of Delaware could afford to go there.

Also, all the lacrosse players I met at RMC were exactly as I described, preppy white upper class douchebags who were scared to play real sports with real men (especially african americans as most all of them were rich white racists from, shockingly, the NORTH). So they ran around in their little shorts with pads on (like they really needed them????) with their little sticks and played that embarrassing ass sport. They actually thought they were tough!!! There wasn't a single tough kid among them!


Finally, I don't play soccer. I also think soccer is a wussy sport. I just think its more manly than your pussy ass lacrosse. The fact that you didn't pick up on that lets me know that YOU were the slow kid in class. The one every made fun of behind his back but was really nice too to his face because he was "special".

And trust me, when I come up North I have to beat the women off with a stick. They are so happy to finally see a real man and not the little limped dick, northern pussy boys who actually think lacrosse is a manly sport that they are normally stuck with, that they quite literally throw their panties at me in an attempt to get my attention. But honestly, most of them look like your mom and sister so I have to immediately turn away before I am forever turned into a stone pillar. I honestly don't know how you guys deal with it. Lacrosse and football aren't mutually exclusive, their seasons don't overlap so a lot of kids play both.
