That way, a team in the CAA could play every other team in the CAA. This wouldn't be an elimination playoff bracket, that gives every team the chance to play everybody else. After which, the CAA champ can be determined and receive an "automatic" bid to the National Championship game. They could even have the champs from the CAA north and south face off for the automatic bid. That way there is no bias.

I have a better solution, split the damned thing, play everyone in your conference and see who actually takes the thing. Course that leaves open alot of patsy games. However, since the DI wins are going to go to 8 for at larges, they can't all be pushovers.

And stop being so f@@ing arrogant.

Catmom, you keep telling the CAA to split...and to be honest, lots of us would like that...

But how to do it is the million dollar question...and until that's answered, we got what we got...

No team wants to be in a conference without an auto...and the CAA has one...

I think the NCAA is going to have to help with the eventual spit...that won't happen for another two - three years...

I'm not being arrogant... I'm joking... see I put the green smiley joking face in there, I described this earlier. I also made my serious point earlier. You can check my thoughts on what I think is going to happen. Relax, I'm just perpetuating the stereotype that all the other conferences have of us "viral" CAA fans. If that's arrogance, get used to it.

Put the powers that be in a room and don't let them out until they come up with a solution (ala Twelve Angry Men)

Maybe the FBS should do that too, to figure out a playoff system. Oh wait, they're stuck with the BCS and ESPN contracts...

Sorry for the arrogant response to being called arrogant  . Couldn't have been to tough of a week with what happened Sunday afternoon between 1-4:30.

Again, who knows if the CAA will split. Perhaps they will leave it as is and the CAA will be criticized for not playing every team. Teams may move, teams may make the jump, the conference might split... but none of this is going to happen for a few years... much like we're stuck with the BCS until what? At least 2014 when the Rose Bowels contract expires right?

The tough week was being sick (on meds) and having to work and work being a major b#tch. I was fortunate to have Sunday off as I rarely get a Sunday off. And yes, yesterday (though started at 12 here) was nice.

OT - Would rather have seen SD win the latter game too. I'm thinking down the line. If Philly wins next week, who would be the easier win in Tampa? I don't know about an all PA SB.

Yes, the BCS contract is until 2014.
