Cunningham failed to qualify in the Pole Vault for the 1st time ever in his career. He passed on the first height of 5.00 meters and then did not make any of his 3 attempts @ 5.15. Easy stuff for a guy of his caliber but it wasn't his day.
Guess there's always next year. (He's a junior)

That's nothing new. It seemed like all-universe vaulter Sergey Bubka (the only guy to ever clear 20') either set a world record or no-heighted. Your guy is in highly placed company....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
