Meanwhile, LA has 7 professional teams? The relocation of the Rams takes that up to 8. That's a lot of pro sports in one place.

SH for the win!!!
Wait...WTF did I just say?
I was listening to Rome yesterday, he made the point that the difference between this latest "NFL to LA" announcement and others in the past is that this time it is an actual owner that is striking a deal and not some 3rd party trying to convince a team to come. Also the location makes sense as it will be in Hollywood Park near the Forum and not out in the Inland Empire or some other shitty location far from metro LA.
Assuming this happens, seeing as this is an NFC team it leaves a spot open for either the Raiders or Chargers to make the move and share the stadium (both AFC teams). Both of those teams are already on year-to-year leases in their respective cities.

The Angels and the Mighty Ducks play in Anaheim. That's NOT Los Angeles...the hypocritical owner of the Angels notwithstanding....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
