We have had that bad defense all year. Not surprised.

A series of errors by both sides leads to a Bison field goal.

I'm not counting NDSU out yet. I've seen WAY too many FCS games look awful for teams, only for them to get their feet under them and come back and win it.

bizumb getting out-bizumbed by a more physical team.
The bizumb lynch mob must be going nuts over the way the UIW DBs are being so physical with the NDZU receivers.

Not trying to be a jerk, but at this point, if it wasn't for UIW bad luck, NDSU wouldn't have any luck at all.

Yep. Spoke too soon. Could the IW failed 4th down be the turning point of the game?

I know this is going to sound odd, but why do running backs get to lower their heads and drive into the defense and not get called for "targeting"?

I have no idea how NDSU didn't get called for that Bayley-to-Belly suplex they put on the UIW quarterback....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

And NDSU came back to tie it (albeit 3rd qtr) at 17.

I've asked the same question. If the defender is supposed to keep their head up when making a tackle why shouldn't the ball carrier be required to keep their head up when running?SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 6:39 pm I know this is going to sound odd, but why do running backs get to lower their heads and drive into the defense and not get called for "targeting"?
I also wonder the same thing about hands to the face / facemask. Why should a ball carrier be able to grab a defender's facemask during a stiff arm?

I understand when someone has the offensive player in their grasp, but offensive players shouldn't be allowed to simply drop their helmet and drive into the pile. Gotta call it fair both ways.UNI88 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 16, 2022 6:46 pmI've asked the same question.
