Az, I know you are smart enough to realize that when 5,000 fans support a good team in a stadium that looks like this;



And you (from '04-'10) upgrade that very old stadium with;
New state of the art press box & suites
New state of the art locker room & athletic training facilities
New state of the art scoreboard with (first time in school history) video board
New state of the art 'RED' playing surface (which, you must understand, was the stadiums' #1 downfall)
New North endzone permanant seating
New stadium signage & championship banners.
New marketing strategies to reach the Spokane market as well as EWU alums.

That it will increase attendance as well as support. Im not saying that Woodward is better than WG stadium, but dont get mad when Eastern starts to SLOWLY close the gap. Also don't get mad when you see Eastern in Frisco winnin that NC trophy either.
