Remember when Republicans were dead set against the rate cuts of Janet Yellen under Obama? Now President Trump is screaming for them on almost a daily basis. In fact they are talking about another one by the end of the week. The political gymnastics are quite delicious.

FTR, Yellen never cut rates. The last cut to the Fed rate was December 13, 2013. Yellen took over in February of 2014 and the next Fed move was upward at the end of 2015. Under Yellen the Fed rate went up 5 times.

In fairness, Trump complained that Yellen kept the rates too low under Obama and I'm sure that's what you were going for.
