I really like that proposed look.

Now they gotta replace that old hangar around it.

Not going to happen. Folks in Pocatello maintain a love affair with the Dome; these are mostly the old timers that recall the Dome hosting 1) NCAA basketball tournament games, 2) I-AA championship games, 3) numerous state championships, 4) the 1981 playoff run and others. Newer fans want to see it go away.

By the way, new photo updates of the turf.

Do you know any details on the turf? From the other photos that were posted it looked like it was just turf on top of rubber pads on top of concrete slab. Does or will this turf use the rubber pellets all the other non-carpet turf’s use?
