Sure. The thing is, we should have never known about it. Jason Garrett is gutless. No wonder you support him over Romo.SuperHornet wrote:Um...TJ...not that Callahan is perfect or anything, but he DID call the right play late in the 4th this past week: a running play...stupid Romo checked out of it and threw a game-losing pick...just like he ALWAYS does...one wonders if he's working for a bookie or if he's REALLY that incompetent....

I've been pretty easy on Ol Tony this year, he deserves blame for his passes in the clutch. But there's enough blame in this loss to go around. Besides he's not dumb he just does an awful impression of his idol:SuperHornet wrote:Um...TJ...not that Callahan is perfect or anything, but he DID call the right play late in the 4th this past week: a running play...stupid Romo checked out of it and threw a game-losing pick...just like he ALWAYS does...one wonders if he's working for a bookie or if he's REALLY that incompetent....

Yeah, but that's the Raiders. They have a lot more ground to make up than the Cowgirls.Grizalltheway wrote:Everyone said the same thing about Oakland and Al Davis, and look how that's worked out.ASUMountaineer wrote:

Re: So...about Dallas
Anybody want a damning stat?

In the last three seasons, Tony Romo has 16 TDs and 0 INTs (131.5 passer rating) in the first 10 minutes of the fourth quarter of games within 7 points. In the final five minutes of games when the score is within 7 points, Romo has two TDs and eight INTs, with a passer rating of 59.7.

Re: So...about Dallas
I read somewhere this morning that there is speculation that the entire Dallas coaching staff will be fired if they don't win the division this year.....
That would help things!!!

the entire NFC East should be ashamed (guess they already are) if this dumpster fire beats the eagles next week.

Re: So...about Dallas
No it wouldn't. Dallas will continue to be mired in mediocrity as long as Jerry Jones continues to impersonate the late Al Davis. He's an owner, not a GM, and needs to check his ego at the door. But since he won't, and continues to undermine his HC and the organization with terrible decision making, the Cowboys will always be average at best.VictorG wrote:I read somewhere this morning that there is speculation that the entire Dallas coaching staff will be fired if they don't win the division this year.....

Now I hear Romo is done for the year......(injury).....I'm pretty sure most of us here thought that 6 weeks ago.
Hate to see him injured though. I will miss his late 4th quarter play!!
