I've been saying send Joba back to the pen since they made him a starter last season.

I will bet that the Yanks win 10 of them, or more.
have you seen your bullpen in action? The Yankees unless they make some major changes will be lucky to win 5 of them.

My suggestion to the Yankees would be to call up Ian Kennedy and Franchise Phil andsend Joba to the pen... They should also get on the phone with Pedroa and/or Paul Byrd... their pitching needs some desperate help.

Said that exact same thing. Imagine a bull pen with Bruney 7th, Joba 8th, Mo 9th. That is really all tehy need. That and someone to start they can rely on. I would take phil hughes or kennedy, but the starting rotation is tough to get consistent if Joba is taken out.

I know how hard it can be for fans to see Joba go back to the bullpen, Red Sox fans went through it with Papelbon, but look now... we are a better team because of it and New York will be too. Joba as a stater is over....or should be... he is Mariano's replacement as closer and should be setting up until then.

Tonight's game was a fucking fluke. Wang is worthless and if Hughes would have started the game, I see them winning. Girardi said after the game Wang's next start is HIGHLY questionable. I bet we see Wang go back to the minors.
