You think it’s possible the artist told them to remove it?

We don’t know for sure so I wouldn’t jump to some left wing conspiracy theory.

 yes. I suppose a “good” school can exist if it defies the federal governments dumbing down. It has been going on for some time. No phonetics, no logic used in mathematics only confusing methods, no history, no equality only racial hate and division all centrally controlled.

In 2010 it all became common core and you idiots now are assuring us there can still be a good school? :dunce:

Every one of the schools shot-up because of the intolerable conditions was in the eyes of the educators running it a”good school”.

A good school is what? It must be one so privileged it can overcome the interference of the leftist regimes :thumb:
Who is the parrot? You mention common core over and over like a parrot saying "Polly want a cracker."

Teachers didn't want and don't like common core - it benefits corporations like McGraw Hill and Pearson more than students or teachers.

So what? They were asked to take it down and they replied. This is a “nothing burger.”

Btw, when can we retire that phrase?

Warner Music Group sent Twitter a DMCA takedown notice.
A Twitter spokesperson confirmed to TIME that the video in question was removed due to a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint. The 1998 U.S. copyright law criminalizes the use and distribution of copyrighted work online.

Warner Music Group, the copyright owner for “Photograph,” filed the complaint, according to Lumen, an independent research group from the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University that studies digital removal requests. A representative for Warner declined to comment for this story.

Doesn’t change the fact that leaving it up wouldn’t have violated the 1998 Copyright law. Twitter just used that as an excuse. It didn’t have to be removed it due to the Fair Use law.

Can't wait for the day Trump leaves the Oval Office and gets arrested by the SDNY.

This board is going to be amazing, and you will be a treat in particular.

Private company. It can police itself however it wants, right Mr. Capitalism?

Maybe conservatives can apply some of that superior education to invent a competitive alternative.

Lol. Major sites take DMCA requests seriously. Probably too seriously, I agree. If they get a request from a major copywrite holder like Warner Bros or HBO, I'd imagine their process is automated to take it down immediately. If they are in error, it easier to deal with a butthurt user than a cadre of high paid corporate attorneys.

How is it still even up for debate that Trump leverage foreign aid for his investigation?
In an interview, Sen. Ron Johnson (R., Wis.) said he learned of a potential quid pro quo from the U.S. ambassador to the European Union, Gordon Sondland, who told him that aid to Ukraine was tied to the desire by Mr. Trump and his allies to have Kyiv undertake investigations that the president has sought.

Mr. Johnson raised the issue with Mr. Trump in a phone call on Aug. 31, shortly before the senator was due to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. In the call, Mr. Trump flatly rejected the notion that he directed aides to make military aid to Ukraine contingent on a new investigation by Kyiv, Mr. Johnson said.

I remember seeing Dave Matthews back in the summer of 93' in Richmond (the Flood Zone) & Charlottesville, VA (Trax) with friends from back in HS. Some local band at the time. I had no idea who they were. Course by 94'/95' they had exploded onto the national scene.
