Great advice. I’ve yoga’d, learned a little guitar, tied flies, fished, started reading books again, and golfed my way through the last year.

It’s a tough job, this whole healthy living thing.
It is a tough job, I put on 700 miles on my bike last summer, trying to get on the treadmill as much as possible, versus walking on icy/slipper trails in the winter.

Making music without friends is probably the biggest "hardship" I've had to deal with. Bluegrass around a fire is our crowd's main form of socializing. Whats your axe?
