Where was this "outrage" the last 8 years?
No president in modern history has lost more Supreme Court cases than Obama. 40+ of those losses were UNANIMOUS decisions (even the judges he appointed voted against him ), and many of those decisions were cases where the Obama administration overstepped it's executive authority with cases against the EPA, IRS, USDA, NLRB etc.

No president, since maybe FDR, tried harder to anoint himself a King more than Obama.
