I picked the Jordan/Pippen/Rodman combo.

Re: THE REAL BIG THREE?
Good poll. Some tough choices there. Some of the trios were before my time, but I think the best trio I ever saw was Magic/Jabbar/Worthy, but Bird/McHale/Parish were real close.

Magic/Jabbar/Worthy is my pick
Always a smart azz coming up with missing combo's like me
Bucks: Oscar Robertson, Lew Alcindor & Bobby Dandridge
Minneapolis Lakers : George Mikan, Jim Pollard, Vern Mikkelson 5 titles
Early 1970's Knicks Reed, Frazier, Monroe, DeBusschere, Lucas, Bradley

I don't think Erving, Malone and McGinnis ever played together. If I recall correctly, McGinnis was gone before Malone arrived.Gil Dobie wrote:Magic/Jabbar/Worthy is my pick

You could make a strong argument for Erving, Malone and Toney, but as great as they were they only won 1 title together.

Re: THE REAL BIG THREE?
Magic, Worthy, Kareem...
Perfect synergy as PG, wing, C... all three #1 overall picks... won multiple titles and owned the western conference (won it every year but one they were teammates) during their run... all three finals MVP... Magic and Kareem multiple reg season MVP...all 3 jerseys retired (of 7 overall by the Lakers)... all 3 HOF.
