Lino Lakes in Anoka County near to where I live, approx 17,000 population, less than 2% Hispanic and similar number of Asians. For you Donks out there that love Michele Bachmann, Anoka is in her district. :lol:

A controversial ordinance barring the use of city money to provide translation of many city documents or to translate public meetings passed the Lino Lakes City Council on Monday night by a vote of 4-1. The northeast Twin Cities suburb became the first Minnesota city to pass such an ordinance.
