WI-Whitewater is apparently a force in sports other than football. They beat Cabrini 63-60 yesterday for the NCAA D-III title.
On the girls side, Illinois Wesleyan beat George Fox (OR) 57-48 for the D-III title yesterday.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
