These will be for the home game vs. Coastal Carolina, using the old Yosef mascot. More pics in the link.

Very cool, just surprised they aren't trotting them out for the UM game.

It's that crap that Oregon State was using...some kind of "wings".

I'm not a fan of these at all - a new jersey with retro pants and helmet just doesn't work for me. :twocents:

Our jerseys have the same thing, it's just in black and harder to see. :twocents:

Modern jersey with a retro helmet...the hell?

I love the helmet at least.

That's my only gripe with the Nike uniforms. So tacky. Nike isn't the only one. UA tends to go overboard with piping.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

It looks like the Wake Forest logo. Still cooler than an A and just take the yellow hands off the shoulders

Yeah, it's that "netting" stuff all the Pro Combat jerseys have. It looks better on the Griz uni because, as you said, it's harder to see.

The local apparel stores have been selling the Corn Cob Pipe Yosef logo for years and they're big sellers. I figured they would do a helmet when ASU renewed the copyright for the logo last year. The NCAA seemed to have no problems with the logo. It was on our alternate wrestling singlets this past year and were worn at the NCAA Championships.

As others have said, Montana's pro-combat jerseys had the same stitching. So did Florida's and I think Ohio State's (and most likely others).

When school unveil new uniforms, why not have the players in pads? Football uniforms without pads look stupid.

Are you sure? I don't think Navy's did. Not looking for an argument, but I think flywire is optional.

Have the Griz and NDSU fans agreed on anything, ever?

I bet both would find more common ground if they tried harder to find it.
