Went with Huskies at Ducks. Will be interesting to see if "Warshington" can follow up its drilling of Stanford with a win over Oregon at Autzen.

I agree, I go Washington/Oregon. I like new and interesting stories, and Washington being a national title contender again would be interesting. Plus they haven't beaten Oregon in forever so there's that as well.

I'd love to see A&M kick the crap out of Tennessee. I hate everything about the Vols: their fans, their colors, and especially that effing song.

Washington - Oregon?

Y'all know Oregon is 2-3, right?

I am surprised it's getting votes. I try to put in one from each power conference. It was all the Pac10 had to offer. :(

I mean, if you're going with "new and interesting stories" - Indiana @ Ohio State is more compelling there anyway, imo.

Laugh it up, Fuzzball. :coffee: Ganny's right: Oregon has won 12 straight against the Huskies, and they're always dangerous at home.

If Oregon was even remotely competitive this year I'd have picked that game. Went with A&M over Tennessee instead.

And Washington's just that intriguing. And that hasn't happened since the Don James days.

I'd have to say it's a cointoss between WA-OR and TX-OK, slightly favoring TX-OR since I can't stand OR. The only Ducks in my life are the Mighty Ducks. LOL....

What if I told you Virginia Tech had a female backup punter?

Yeah. You got me to look. No such luck. All three punters are male.

Campbellsville (KY) actually DOES have a female DB. Shelby Osborne is a junior, listed as #127. I'm not sure what number she's actually wearing on the field, though. Shelby was on Campbellsville's JV squad the last couple of years (yes, a few small schools still have those), but being a junior is sort of a gray area for that at best. She might have to actually get into a varsity game now to play at all....

This ND - NC State game is awesome. There is 3 inches of water covering the field.

Oregon has a lot of issues but Prukop wasn't one of them. They tried to fix getting 40 points plus a game scored on them by changing the qb.....good job lol

It was - that's the game that now has Washington firmly in discussion of being potentially the best team in the country. No other game that happened this weekend was as profound. You're welcome. :thumb:

Btw...good year so far for the Evergreen State. The 3rd best team in the state has also dominated Oregon and Stanford in successive weeks. The Apple Cup could be for the PAC 12 North title.

But at least we don't lack the college FB relevance of say a New Jersey...or a Virginia. :coffee:

I think anyone could have told you before the game that Washington should be in the discussion. Beating Oregon doesn't change anything.

Tennessee - Texas A&M answered some actual questions.
