Former Denver Broncos running back Travis Henry is expected to admit Thursday that he trafficked 11 pounds of cocaine in the Billings area.
A plea agreement filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Billings said Henry, 30, will plead guilty to one count of conspiracy. Two other counts of possession with intent to distribute are to be dismissed at sentencing.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Joe Thaggard said in the agreement that Henry, of Frostproof, Fla., will admit that he conspired with co-defendant James Mack and others to distribute 5 kilograms, or about 11 pounds, of cocaine in Yellowstone County from March 2006 until Sept. 20, 2008.
