Homer pick
Weber @ Davis.
Which team is "really" for real.
But SDSU and MSU should be an outstanding game.

Where are you getting your rankings? The Manure Pile isn't ranked by either STATS or the Coaches Poll. They're tied with Harvard with 12 points in ORV in the Coaches Poll and behind Austin Peay and ahead of E. TN State with 82 points in ORV in the STAT poll....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I'm going off the board with #6/7 Sac State (2-0), 3-point favorites at CO State (0-3).

That kinda sounds like a kiss of death. Both FCS teams that were favored over FBS opponents this past week lost.SuperHornet wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:08 pm I'm going off the board with #6/7 Sac State (2-0), 3-point favorites at CO State (0-3).

I'm just continuing 89's tradition and following his rules. "As a reminder, I don't care if you don't like my selections, and these are ONLY I-AA vs I-AA games."SuperHornet wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:08 pm I'm going off the board with #6/7 Sac State (2-0), 3-point favorites at CO State (0-3).

The best poll out there. The Coaches poll is a hot mess and the STATS poll has mid-major and Southeast bias.UNI88 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 20, 2022 8:08 amAGSSuperHornet wrote: ↑Mon Sep 19, 2022 10:05 pm Where are you getting your rankings? Agreed on AGS.
89 was better at it but I didn't want it to die with his self-imposed exile. I think I need to winnow it down to fewer games so more people complain about ones that I left out. Then I will be more accurately channeling the spirit of 89.

I went with the CAA game - good barometer for how good W&M is, and if Elon is anything to pay attention to or not.
