http://www.tampabay.com/sports/baseball ... 993893.eceWhen lanky Mitchell High left-hander Patrick Schuster tossed his second consecutive no-hitter 13 days ago, he made a headline or two. When he tossed his third in a row five nights later, he made SportsCenter.
Monday evening, the University of Florida signee made history.
Before a standing-room-only throng at Mitchell's modest ballpark, Schuster became the first high school pitcher in Florida to toss four consecutive no-hitters. Facing a 17-7 Pasco High squad that came in with a .347 team batting average, Schuster struck out 17 in a 5-0 victory.

Yep. I'm sure this kid has a very healthy signing bonus waiting for him after the MLB draft.AZGrizFan wrote:UF can say bye bye to this signee.

Tirico and Van Pelt were talking about this today, said the all time record was set by one of their producers at six games. Either way, that's still an amazing feat... word is they're thinking about nationally televising the game?

Yahoo! is reporting a 12-year-old who just threw a Little League no-no.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I wonder how that is actually a story. Most little leagues have a kid or two that simply dominate. No hitters are no rarity in little league baseball.SuperHornet wrote:Yahoo! is reporting a 12-year-old who just threw a Little League no-no.
