Seriously, huge news for American soccer. I can't think of any field players who have signed for a G14 club - Reyna, O'Brien, and Beasley were all at lesser clubs. Howard is the only other one I know of, but our goalies have had international respect for some time. And to think, people wanted him to go to Birmingham or Monchengladbach before the Confeds Cup.....

Great team to get picked up by. Their depth in defense is low right now so he'll get some good minutes.
