"They took their ball and went home" so to say. I think this could be really good and or really bad. If they want to flood the market with oil the others, oil producing nations, will lower their prices in turn and it could be the greatest thing since sliced bread for everyone, especially the USA. On the other hand if they want to do their own thing and sell oil at their own price while the rest of the world says screw you, countries could dictate who and how much oil went to them based on the countries' affilation with others.
