We do know 27 "love letters" between Trump and Kim Jong Un are part of the "national security" documents. NARA admitted under testimony.
And if they are personal letters addressed to him, he is entitled to have them.
And NARA is supposed to resolve this in civil court.

Was Mueller in charge of the previous Manafort investigations? For example, did Garland file charges against Trump. Or did it take a special prosecutor? Did no further evidence come out regarding Manafort once the Mueller investigation produced new witnesses?

If Hunter and the Podestas committed crimes, they should have been indicted. And they could have been by the Trump DOJ and/or Durham probe.

But please…keep on pissing in the wind.
Dude. You've been proven to be way wrong on this topic and you know it. I absolutely clobbered you on Flynn, so you're now just throwing shit against the wall. Manafort's crimes had NOTHING to do with Trump.

Manafort was guilty for sure, but to get him for crimes committed in 2014 just for optics is ridiculous.

In regards to the Durham probe, puhleaze. He wasn't tasked with investigating the Podesta's, just like how he didn't bother to ask why the FBI never got access to the DNC server or why a special counsel was started without proper predicate.
“But please…keep on pissing in the wind.”

May I recommend…

Oooh. Now I could get into that.

Actually, I steer clear of mainstream Christians. It's a big reason I get so defensive. It's usually because when I hear people criticize Christianity, I find it very uninformed...and then I see yahoos like Ken Copeland and realize those criticizing have a point. There are huge benefits to coming to God outside the mainstream, and I'm considered fundamental by many.

It's why I laid into Ivynatti when he started running on about my faith. Don't come at me unless you got facts, and he didn't.

Sure if that were all there was but according to the indictment it isn’t. So keep trying to use that to distract from the more serious allegations.

There are 31 items. By the way, there is a letter from Obama talking about N Korea, so that is 28 items. What do YOU suppose the last three are about? Love letters to Putin?

By they way, I'm speculating here, so don't buy into the 27 letters talking point. While NARA did complain on the record about the letters, no one really knows what all the documents are about.

  • the documents weren't in an insecure location?
  • the documents did not contain information that if it fell into the wrong hands would put American lives and interests at risk?
  • at this point they're allegations that haven't been proven yet? (in my opinion that's coming, that's why trump wants to delay, delay, delay and cry like the loser and pretend victim he is).
The allegations themselves are more proof than trump and his legal beagles were able to provide that the election was stolen. It strains credibility for anyone who bought that malarky to dismiss these allegations.
-They were in a hell of a lot more secure location than Bidens garage next to his corvette.
-We don’t know what was in the alleged docs. We do know the govt loves to overclassify things.
-No docs are alleged to have fallen into the wrong hands.

And no the allegations aren’t more proof, because of how many times have we heard of allegations against Trump that turned out to be exaggerated, wrong, or outright lies…
You criticize me for “but trump” and you start with “but Biden.” The irony …

Let’s talk about the claims of a stolen election that MAGAt yahoos bought hook, line and sinker without proof. How many Democrats/liberals were convicted of election fraud for 2020? How many Republicans/conservatives?

You have a double standard when it comes to requiring proof.

How many investigations were allowed to question voters?

For example, and I'm pulling numbers out of my heiny as an example, but when the AZ audit happened, they asked the judge if they could ask why a property that was listed as only having four people living there had 20 ballots submitted. They were denied due to "fear of intimidating voters". Made up example, but reflects reality.

So. Your line of "no proof" has been shot in the ass because investigations were not allowed to check why a single home had 20 ballots submitted.

I have demonstrated that MAGAt yahoos have a double standard when it comes to requiring proof.

Allegations against trump - absolute proof required and even that might not be enough.

Allegations against Biden or Democrats - rumor and innuendo especially if it comes from trump are sufficient.

I can't believe you keep carrying water for the establishment.

Why is it so difficult to put this topic to bed? Because they won't allow a full investigation.

Do you remember the NY mayor race? They ran 100,000 test ballots through the system, which makes sense, but then forgot to remove them from the tally. It took the current mayor raising a stink about his numbers to get the election group to check. If something so simple as that can be overlooked, how easy is it going to be to dump a bunch of fraudulent ballots into the system?

For the record, both sides have been caught abusing the ballot harvesting scheme. It's just noticeable at the national level when you shut down six swing areas for the night, but get caught processing ballots after kicking everyone out.

On a tangent. Do you remember the AZ audit? The audit checked for different fibers just to shut people up about "secret Chinese ballots", but were painted as crazy for checking. Guy on the audit giving the interview even said it was crazy, but they did it just to placate the nutters. Didn't stop the hit pieces from painting the audit as illegitimate.

None. Not a single one allowed inspection of the signatures and follow up on why a home of four submitted 25 ballots (example).

The big AZ audit was denied canvassing because it might "intimidate" voters.

Seriously. When was the last time anyone has performed a truly forensic audit? I can't think of any instances.

If you want to shut up the majority of the population that election antics happen. Allow a full audit.

Do you remember Joltin Joe and his story? He told all of us that his uncle used to run the elections in his district. During an election, he asked his uncle why he had not reported his districts vote totals. To paraphrase, the reply was, "Report? I've got to come up with X amount of votes to beat the currently winning candidate"

It's not about votes, it's about ballots.

If there is one thing that describes me, it's that I'm an absolute rule follower and believe in an equal playing field.

When Trump wins 17 of the 18 bellwether stats, but still loses, you question the validity, like the majority of the population.

You are in the minority with your belief the electiin was above board, and as a Hillary Clinton voter, it would make sense you thought Trump colluded with Russia, but when faced with facts, you switch jerseys.

*You like that subtle ad hominem*

When Trump wins 17 of the 18 bellwether stats, but still loses, you question the validity, like the majority of the population.

You are in the minority with your belief the electiin was above board, and as a Hillary Clinton voter, it would make sense you thought Trump colluded with Russia, but when faced with facts, you switch jerseys.

*You like that subtle ad hominem*
I agree that the 2020 election (and the 2016 election before it) wasn't completely above board. But I think I'm with the majority when I say that 1) both sides engaged in shenanigans and 2) those shenanigans did not cost trump (or Hillary) the election.

You believe that the universe operates according to the superstitions of a bunch of ancient goatherders and you're bleating about facts? I'm still trying to grasp the implications of populating the earth with your two male offspring with respect to certain SCOTUS decisions regarding boys and girls.
You matter. Unless you multiply yourself by c squared. Then you energy.
