Was Mueller in charge of the previous Manafort investigations? For example, did Garland file charges against Trump. Or did it take a special prosecutor? Did no further evidence come out regarding Manafort once the Mueller investigation produced new witnesses?
If Hunter and the Podestas committed crimes, they should have been indicted. And they could have been by the Trump DOJ and/or Durham probe.
But please…keep on pissing in the wind.
Manafort was guilty for sure, but to get him for crimes committed in 2014 just for optics is ridiculous.
In regards to the Durham probe, puhleaze. He wasn't tasked with investigating the Podesta's, just like how he didn't bother to ask why the FBI never got access to the DNC server or why a special counsel was started without proper predicate.
May I recommend…

There are 31 items. By the way, there is a letter from Obama talking about N Korea, so that is 28 items. What do YOU suppose the last three are about? By they way, I'm speculating here, so don't buy into the 27 letters talking point. While NARA did complain on the record about the letters, no one really knows what all the documents are about.

For example, and I'm pulling numbers out of my heiny as an example, but when the AZ audit happened, they asked the judge if they could ask why a property that was listed as only having four people living there had 20 ballots submitted. They were denied due to "fear of intimidating voters". Made up example, but reflects reality.

Allegations against trump - absolute proof required and even that might not be enough.
Allegations against Biden or Democrats - rumor and innuendo especially if it comes from trump are sufficient.

Why is it so difficult to put this topic to bed? Because they won't allow a full investigation.
Do you remember the NY mayor race? They ran 100,000 test ballots through the system, which makes sense, but then forgot to remove them from the tally. It took the current mayor raising a stink about his numbers to get the election group to check. If something so simple as that can be overlooked, how easy is it going to be to dump a bunch of fraudulent ballots into the system?
For the record, both sides have been caught abusing the ballot harvesting scheme. It's just noticeable at the national level when you shut down six swing areas for the night, but get caught processing ballots after kicking everyone out.
On a tangent. Do you remember the AZ audit? The audit checked for different fibers just to shut people up about "secret Chinese ballots", but were painted as crazy for checking. Guy on the audit giving the interview even said it was crazy, but they did it just to placate the nutters. Didn't stop the hit pieces from painting the audit as illegitimate.

The big AZ audit was denied canvassing because it might "intimidate" voters.

If you want to shut up the majority of the population that election antics happen. Allow a full audit.
Do you remember Joltin Joe and his story? He told all of us that his uncle used to run the elections in his district. During an election, he asked his uncle why he had not reported his districts vote totals. To paraphrase, the reply was, "Report? I've got to come up with X amount of votes to beat the currently winning candidate"

When Trump wins 17 of the 18 bellwether stats, but still loses, you question the validity, like the majority of the population.
You are in the minority with your belief the electiin was above board, and as a Hillary Clinton voter, it would make sense you thought Trump colluded with Russia, but when faced with facts, you switch jerseys.

I agree that the 2020 election (and the 2016 election before it) wasn't completely above board. But I think I'm with the majority when I say that 1) both sides engaged in shenanigans and 2) those shenanigans did not cost trump (or Hillary) the election.SeattleGriz wrote: ↑Fri Jul 14, 2023 10:23 am If there is one thing that describes me, it's that I'm an absolute rule follower and believe in an equal playing field.
