Eh, I don't think it's a conspiracy, I think it's just a collection of gross incompetence. Heck, even trying to get a cop up to the roof to confront the shooter, it was basically a guy giving a boost to the other guy and he ended up hanging from the roof. Secret Service should get most of the blame as it's literally their job to prevent this stuff. I think I saw too that it was at least 20 seconds from the first shot before they killed the shooter - that's an incredibly long amount of time.

Maybe the local cops should have used the shooters ladder to get up on that roof, or better yet just position an armed good guy up their … we we got was the shooter intimidating the cops when it should of been the other way around…

Ultimately it would have been better to take this guy alive but because they waited until he started shooting they had no other choice but to “neutralize” him. Dead guys tell no tales.

If the secret service will answer the tough questions the conspiracy rumors could go away, but the way things are going this will be JFK like conspiracy theories where we will never get the truth
