Most Muslim majority countries not affected. If it was a ‘Muslim travel ban‘ you wouldn’t have had non Muslim countries included, and it would have banned all/most of the 48-51 majority Muslim countries.UNI88 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 01, 2025 9:27 pm-Muslim" Travel Ban HoaxBDKJMU wrote: ↑Sat Jun 28, 2025 6:38 pm

In 2017 trump signed an EO banning travel to the US from 7 predominantly Muslim countries–Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen. The blocked the ban until SCOTUS allowed a version that included Venezuela and North Korea.

Re: Trump 2.0: MAGAA
Based on what General Kelly did say trump said, what he said about Senator and war hero John McCain, etc. it's completely believable that he also said suckers & losers.
What General Kelly said:
NOT A HOAX.What can I add that has not already been said? A person that thinks those who defend their country in uniform, or are shot down or seriously wounded in combat, or spend years being tortured as POWs are all ‘suckers’ because ‘there is nothing in it for them.’ A person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’ A person who demonstrated open contempt for a Gold Star family – for all Gold Star families – on TV during the 2016 campaign, and rants that our most precious heroes who gave their lives in America’s defense are ‘losers’ and wouldn’t visit their graves in France.
...
A person that has no idea what America stands for and has no idea what America is all about. A person who cavalierly suggests that a selfless warrior who has served his country for 40 years in peacetime and war should lose his life for treason – in expectation that someone will take action. A person who admires autocrats and murderous dictators. A person that has nothing but contempt for our democratic institutions, our Constitution, and the rule of law.
There is nothing more that can be said, God help us.

MAQA yahoos like to negate the impact of the dumb things trump has said and done by calling them hoaxes. Turnabout is fair play. These are more hoax-like than what BDK listed:

There are likely a lot more.

When trump says something stupid, MAQA yahoos claim he's trolling but when a trump opponent says something stupid, MAQA yahoos are triggered and lose their collective shit.
The number of EO's that trump signed on Day 1 and since, the number that have been challenged in court and questioned by judges appointed by Democrats and Republicans, and his attacks on the press, law firms and the US Constitution (Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion, Due Process, etc.) tell a different story.

Should teach them not to selectively edit interviews. Better don‘t edit them at all.
https://redstate.com/rusty-weiss/2025/0 ... k-n2191143…Details of the settlement have been made public. They are thoroughly humiliating for CBS.
The agreement involves two separate payments, the first of which is $16 million—an amount exceeding both the network's initial offer and the payment ABC had to shell out to settle a defamation lawsuit brought by Trump back in December after George Stephanopoulos falsely accused him of rape.
It pays to call out the fake news on their BS.
It gets worse for CBS and Paramount. The settlement includes an anticipated subsequent payment that has yet to be finalized, but according to reports, would also be in eight-figure territory, bringing the total amount to over $30 million.
Not only that, the money from this settlement is to be used in part to fund Trump's future presidential library and promote conservative causes. The network is also adopting what has been called a “Trump Rule” to modify its operating procedures when conducting interviews with future presidential candidates.
Devastating all around.
The upfront payment of $16 million, according to Fox News, will "cover legal fees, costs of the case, and contributions to his future presidential library or charitable causes, to be determined at Trump’s discretion."
The subsequent amount will go towards "advertisements, public service announcements, or other similar transmissions, in support of conservative causes by the network in the future."
CBS will now help construct a library that will memorialize Trump's presidency for the foreseeable future. And, they'll be running conservative content on their airwaves.
Fox also reports that the network will implement a mandatory rule to release complete, unedited transcripts for interviews with presidential candidates, a measure referred to as the "Trump Rule" by sources involved in the settlement.
I mean, this is one step away from forcing anchors to get Trump's face tattooed on their nether regions live on air. All because they tried their absolute best to cover up the fact that Harris is a word salad connoisseur.…

How does the amount compare to what Fox paid to settle its lawsuit(s)?BDKJMU wrote:Should teach them not to selectively edit interviews.
