Republican-led House passes bill to limit nationwide orders from federal district judges
Do these shortsighted morons not understand that this will be used against them when there's a Democratic President?

One of these <700 Fed district judges should be able to issue a ruling/ injunction enforceable in their respective district. They shouldn’t be able to issue one that has enforceable nationwide, esp when they’ve been judge shopped. The below is clear evidence of judge shopping for nationwide injunctions issued by donk appointed judges.

As of January 2, 2025, of the 679 district court judges, 384 were appointed by Democratic presidents compared to 257 by Republican ones.

So approx 57% of current (as of Jan) Fed district court judges are donk appointed, YET 92% of injunctions against Trump have come from donk appointed judges.
