For the most part, workers aren't compelled to join unions (for now anyway) so when people are given a choice, they will most like decline an invitation to join.

Big labor has never been weaker and what they can spend on lobbyists is pissing in the ocean compared to corporate America. Fortunately I'll be debt free and opted out of the system in less than four years.

If bad management were the
only reason, 75% of all businesses would be unionized.
If you think big labor is weak, tell that the the $400 Million they gave to Donks in the 2008 election cycle...$400,000,000 buys a lot of votes.
If you think big labor is weak, tell that to Andy Stern who had visited the White House more than 20 times fro January to July of 2009.
