And how was this quantified? Must be using Cid's super secret OSINT sources like Bellingcat and Institute of War.
When you need to hire mercenaries because your own people want nothing to do with your invasion of a neighboring nation, that's a sign that things aren't going well. Kind of like filling your ranks with prisoners because able-bodied replacements are fleeing Russia by the hundreds of thousands, in numbers like nobody has ever seen. I hear its closer to 800,000 now and 1,500/day. I don't know if that's true but many people are saying....perhaps the truth is between that figure and whatever figure you're hearing from your Kremlin sources?
Way to skirt the question...maybe because you know that number is totally fabricated. There is no way Ukraine is knows the numbers, especially as they keep losing ground and have no way to validate their guesses.

In regards to mercenaries, WTF do you think the Ukrainian Nazi issue was about? The US was funding the Ukrainian mercenaries, so the US had to change the bank account we were dumping money into, because that I'm sure stopped the funding for groups like Azov battalion.

Lastly, Russia is still on SMO footing and thus, certain regular troops cannot be used. Russia uses mercenaries, but is not lacking overall soldiers.

That was Uni St Behar level effort there. I expect more out of a varsity letterman like you HDoge. :kisswink:
