When was the lion's share of the development done?
I’d have to look it up again to be sure but one of the reasons cited for the quick release was the years of research begun after SARS 1. I’m sure it got ramped up in 2020 and I gave Trump kudos for cutting the red tape but isn’t that what most leaders should have done?
