I realize it was on NBCSN, my sarcasm must've flew under the Ivy League detector...
As did the fact that LA has regularly sold out their games since 2002, without having a single playoff appearance until this year. :coffee:

This is the Kings 3rd straight year in the playoffs.

Well, in any event, they have pretty loyal fans, considering their perennial mediocrity and location in SoCal.

Dodgers draw well, too. Proves nothing about ditzy LA fans' knowledge of sports.

And there hasn't been a pro football team in LA for quite some time.

Actually I've been to a few Dodger games in LA & I think that's more of an urban legend - especially them leaving early.

On the other hand, why would you want to leave early - Dodger Dogs are simply the best ballpark dog you'll find anywhere, hands down.

And here we are going to Game 6. This is the big one for the Kings. Pressure is on them. They can forget about winning Game 7.

Quick gave up a free-be which proved to be the difference in game 5. This could be interesting.

I can deal with LA choking a 3-0 lead, if George Clooney suffers.

It’s hockey, I don’t think anyone in LA would care too much if it were to happen.

Jersey evened it up? That's pretty impressive.

Game 6 tonight. If Jersey wins, the Dobermans will start warming up for the "screw the pooch" line.

Trying to figure out who to pull for in LA vs NJ/NY is like trying to decide how you want to be executed, and the only choices are to have Rosanne Barr or Rosie O'Donnell sit on your face.

Kings up 3-0 after 1 period in game 6 on 3 power play goals.

4th and 29 for New Jersey. :coffee: 8-)
