If Cam can ease up on the running and trust his teammates more, then we can see a lethal squad on the field. There were plenty of chances when he could've passed to McCaffrey and made a huge play.

Cams problem is that he wants the win all to himself. He wants to make the big plays himself. You can't get those big plays alone as the QB. Throw a deep drive to your WR and be PART of the big play.

I don't think many Packers fans liked Ted Thompson, and McCarthy hasn't been the best coach to many. Not sure where the over rated comes from. Thompson is gone, so hopefully the new regime can get some support built up around Rodgers.
