Most GOP candidates are moving toward a "treat the illness" approach over a "lock 'em up" approach, which makes abundant sense to me. I don't know that Fiorina has really staked out a hard position on this. Why don't you send me a link? The issues blog that I frequent (On The Issues.org) had only one snippet from her about the drug issue.
