Finally, no UW-W/Mount Union rematch in the Stagg Bowl, as they are on the same half of the bracket.

No, Mount Union (or Wisconsin Whitewater) wins it. All this means is that the Stagg Bowl is now just the victory lap. Shame, really takes the interest out of watching it since it won't be another rematch.

My Salisbury Gulls got in with a last-minute win over Frostburg State. Now they play at SUNY-Cortland. Winner gets the right to be curb-stomped by Linfield the following week.

Well, if by "new champion" you mean "different than last year" then I think more probably than not the answer is yes. That's because Wisconsin Whitewater won it last year and in just kind of looking at their schedules and scores my bet would be that Mount Union beats Wisconsin Whitewater when they meet in the playoffs this year.

If you go by Massey ratings St. Thomas Minnesota may have a shot. But guess what:
