They only signed 6 HS recruits last year compared to 18 JC transfers. I watched most of the game, and it was like laundry day most of the game. One GaSt player got two unsportsmanlike calls and got ejected in the first half, and there were probably 4-5 more of the same calls made against both teams. It was a pretty sloppy day overall - I really didn't know there was that much hatred between these two schools. We only had 1 unsportsmanlike penalty (offsetting), and no personal fouls. State had 7, and many many more that weren't called. We have a mutually respectful but intense rivalry. They've made it personal and nasty. Our teams might get a little chippy at times. They are DIRTY.
