For those that don't know, there was a huge scandel associated with Charleston Southern University. A $90 million scandel. Google Al Parrish for information.
Anyway, CSU settled for $3.91 million to Parrish's clients who were swindeled. There insurance company will have to pay the bulk but if CSU has to pay more than $160k...the school is in danger is shutting down.

I'd think they'd cut out some athletic programs (read: football) before shutting the doors.
