I just hope they don't make much of a move before my house is finished being built. I should be done by the end of February is the hope, keeping my fingers crossed.

The last two rate-hike cycles saw (caused?) the Dot.com and housing bubbles burst.
Let's hope this one will see the Donk bubble burst. :coffee:
