This right here, to me, is just another nail in her coffin. Files that pass through SIPR or JWICS must first be declassified (and documented as such) before they are allowed to be disseminated via NIPR. And before any of you ask, "Can't you accidentally email something from SIPR to NIPR?" Not really. You have to download the information from SIPR or JWICS (which means you're saving it to your local machine, I hope it's secure) then put it on NIPR. Which means, you just took classified information, improperly, and sent it improperly. Two big No-Nos that the SoS should understand.

People like Dback may think this is nonsense, but it isn't. Red or Blue, dissemination of classified information improperly is a serious offense. No matter the level of classification.
maybe its disinformation.

IMO, I don't know if Bernie and his staff were devious enough to plan it or if he is nutless and just got lucky but Bernie has benefited from not going after Hillary. Taking the high road has earned him points with the Dem base and helped him gain on Hillary which has given his candidacy legitimacy. The Reps are doing his dirty work for him which is also helping his campaign. He get's to have his cake and eat it too and the ball is starting to roll downhill. Hillary better hope it doesn't keep picking up steam and run her over.

Now as far as Dawg's wet dream of Bernie winning the White House. He is similar to Trump and while there are throngs of people who his message appeals to there are also throngs of people who will be turned off by his socialism. I also think that in a general election he will be exposed as an arrogant, angry old man with little patience for his underlings or those that disagree with him. He has been able to avoid the scrutiny as an underdog but if he wins the nomination the light will shine on him and I don't think people will like what they see. The same applies to Trump.

This is all opinion and I could be wrong in which case I'll need to eat a little crow but AZ could very well be right and this could be a Palin moment for Dawg.

Even if you're right on Bernie (about which I'm doubtful) the DOJ needs to investigate Hillary after the FBI is finished and without any undue influence from the executive branch. It's a double standard for top tier politicians and us lowly citizens.
The DoJ doesnt do criminal investigations itself- thats the FBI (the investigative arm of DoJ)

FBI will build their case and present it to the AG who will then decide whether to bring it to a grand jury or do a direct indictment... or not

FBI was up in arms about Petraeus... thought the AG let him off easy. If the AG doesnt do anything with this they may have a mutiny. Based on established facts we already know, Hillary and some of her staff are already chargeable
Yep. If you the AG doesn't do anything more than charges against some of Clinton's underlings good chance Comey would resign in protest. Apparently he almost did along with several others over the Ashcroft situation 12 years ago.

This is ancillary to what the FBI is doing. What they would be trying to determine here is not about classified material or anything like that. Depending on your worldview, this could be much tamer or much worse - at the core it has to do with whether or not Clinton had her server set up to specifically evade transparency laws such as the FOIA. This was almost certainly the case - the only excuse offered so far by the Clinton camp was it was because she didn't know how to use Department email and this was just more convenient. That should register as very weak to even those who don't fully understand it.

That's such a weak excuse.

"It was far easier for me to, research and pay someone to build, install and maintain a server at my home than it was for me to leave all that technical work to the experts already in place at the State Department and just have my state.gov email added to Outlook. The company I used had everything secured in a bathroom with a bolt lock. China and Al Qaeda weren't going to be able to hack that. And again, as the Secretary of State, I never received any classified email. "
