I don't particularly like his dancing. I'm more of an old school act like you've been there before kind of guy but I don't think it makes him a prick or an asshole. I think what it really comes down to is your perspective. Old guard types typically don't like his shtick.

Bully for you. My whole problem with this is that if you don't like Cam, you must be racist. There's no other explanation.
Think about NASCAR. There are tons of people wearing #18 gear and there are just as many who loathe the 18 driver. Neither is right or wrong, they just have different tastes in drivers. Hell, 93's son loves that prick in the 22.
