Big segment on 60 Minutes last week on FIFA. Really appalling.

I guess I'd probably find out if I read that very long article, but I've wondered how it is that the United States Justice Department has jurisdiction in this case.

They've said it before, a lot of the stuff they are going after centered around activities in CONCACAF (the North American segment of FIFA) and had a lot to do with business that was being conducted out of the offices in Miami. The jurisdiction isn't all that controversial here.
