It doesn't mean anything, SK - except that polls follow the red meat until just after Iowa and New Hampshire. Trump will be in the same position he was one year ago at that point. Nowhere

And? I think I already posted 20 pages ago that you could group me in with the group of everyone else, including you, who didn't see the Trump wave coming. And we'd all feel less crappy after four below average years from Trump than we would four below average years from the so-called polished types like Clinton and Rubio.
There's no pretending with the Don. He doesn't even deny his fuckups. He just says he settled.
I don't think they will. I teleworked today and flipped on CNN for a bit and I saw two different Republican congressmen get asked if they will support Trump if he becomes the nominee and both avoided directly answering. One said "let's hope it doesn't get to that point".SeattleGriz wrote:If Trump wins, will any of the "establishment" Dems and Reps help him, or are they going try and team up against him?93henfan wrote:

I almost believe this…up until the point that you sit back and realize Trump is going to throw the kitchen sink at hilldog in the general election and debates. I assume he has some good dirt on her besides the normal stuff that actually makes it into the news. In an election cycle where facts don’t matter, he is going to crucify her for her incompetence as SOS, the broke dick foreign policy she followed as well as her connection to the shady contributions to the Clinton Foundation (see special interests on steroids, I see Trump spinning it as hilldog owing people, specifically foreign entities, favors as POTUS). Not to mention all the flip flopping she has done over the years on other issues. Likewise hilldog will counter with dirt as well but so far nothing has stuck to either candidate so this will be fun to watch.∞∞∞ wrote:Dems continue licking their chops. And more and more I hear disenfranchised Republicans are just gonna skip out on the election if Trump is the nominee, or worse...intentionally vote against him or run a third party candidate. And moderates are overwhelmingly unsupportive of Trump in every statistical category imaginable. And you know what, Trump genuinely doesn't give a shit if he loses. He's pretty much set for life in terms of free publicity and the money he'll make post-elections. I'll give him this: he's a smart businessman (and con-man).
Trump supporters should enjoy the fun right now, 'cause reality is about to take hold very soon. This rise of his seems to be the last flailing attempts of voters scared of changing demographics.

Any moderate with a brain already knows hilldog is a worse option than Trump, not because Trump is a bad executive (we really don’t have a clue how he will be), but because we know the vindictive, underhanded, and arrogant nature in which hilldog operates. She was never an option for POTUS imo.
As far as the donk turnout, I agree if Trump keeps stepping into the racist landmine then his issues will grow. I fully expect hilldog to use those sound bites to whip up fervor within the minority voting blocks. Whether we turn out or not is the bigger question.

Not to mention she's being investigated by the FBI and ain't out of the woods yet delegate wise. Hillary may have cleaned up in the South but those States will be Red in the general. Way too soon to count Bernie out, he has the money to run as an Independent and 3 of the 4 states he won are blue states.SDHornet wrote:I almost believe this…up until the point that you sit back and realize Trump is going to throw the kitchen sink at hilldog in the general election and debates. How about a scenario where Hillary drops out after the FBI investigation and then Bernie goes independent - would that put the fvcks to the DNC or what?![]()

Obama will pardon her on the way out the door a la Gerald Ford
