The governor vetoed the bill. But, you know, there IS a right to life. The removal of rights came with the Roe vs. Wade decision.That's when the Federal Judiciary denied the right to life for the unborn.

One could argue that a law against abortions would go against the "liberty and the pursuit of happiness" part in the DOI.

It's right next to the part where it talks about a woman's right to choose. In the same section where it makes the unicorn the official animal and the pterodactyl the official bird. :dunce:
