So lots of simple concepts will "blow your mind" once exposed to them

For example:
Studying Baboons is a really good way to understand human behavior
with all the socio-cultural complexities stripped away - we are virtually identical in behavior

"As field studies of primates expanded, what became most striking was the variation in social practices across species. Yes, some primate species have lives filled with violence, frequent and varied. But life among others is filled with communitarianism, egalitarianism, and cooperative child-rearing.

The most disquieting fact about the violent species was the apparent inevitability of their behavior. Certain species seemed simply to be the way they were, fixed products of the interplay of evolution and ecology, and that was that.

After decades more work, the picture has become quite interesting. Some primate species, it turns out, are indeed simply violent or peaceful, with their behavior driven by their social structures and ecological settings. More important, however, some primate species can make peace despite violent traits that seem built into their natures."

You think it is a push because you're looking at the U3 that the govt puts out that in reality that is nothing more than a shell game. In reality the employment situation is abysmal. The govt can claim that it is under 5% only because millions have dropped out of the workforce. In June we have 158,880 million counted for the labor force, with 151,097 million working, 7,783 million not working, 4.9% U3 unemployment rate. On paper to the simpleton masses looks good- 4.9%- who hoo!!... :thumb:
http://www.dlt.ri.gov/lmi/laus/us/usadj.htm

In reality...
Unemployment 7 1/2 years under Obama.
"..When President Obama took office in January 2009, 80,529,000 Americans were not participating in the labor force; since then, 14,179,000 Americans have left the workforce -- .."

The labor force participation rate of 62.6% in May is at a 38 year low..Was 65.7% when Obama took office.
http://cnsnews.com/news/article/susan-j ... rate-drops

Now add the 14.179 million that have dropped out of the workforce. Would = a labor force of 173.059 million. With the same 151.097 million working, 21.962 million not working, 12.7% unemployment rate.

If 7.783 million more people dropped out of the workforce, we could have on paper ZERO percent unemployment. Yet our labor force participation rate would be even worse than it is now, and our employment situation would be horrendous, even with on paper zero % unemployment.

GDP GROWTH 7 1/2 years under Obama we have avg about an abysmal 1.47% annual.
2009: -2.8%
2010: 2.5%
2011: 1.6%
2012: 2.3%
2013: 2.2%
2014: 2.4%
2015: 2.4%
2016 Q1 1.1%
http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/NY.GDP.MKTP.KD.ZG

NATIONAL DEBT 7 1/2 years under Obama. We're on pace to nearly double our national debt. Was about 10.6 trillion the day Obama took office. Pushing 19.4 trillion now. It is spiraling out of control, and has gotten to the level where we will never see it pay off in our lifetimes, or our kids, and eventually won't even be able to afford to pay the interest on it along with everything else.

But the market is up! That's the only thing economically Obama can hang his hat on.

Obama's foreign policy has been a disaster. You could write books on that..

You don't like the U-3 unemployment rate. Great - there are other ones you can use.

You decide to create your own number and get a rate of 12.7%. Great.

But, if we're comparing now to 2009 - you also have to do your calculations to figure out the same rate in 2009, right.

You figure the "real" unemployment rate right now is 12.7% - what was it in January 2009? :coffee:

Or, you can just use the U-6 number.

* Since charts are for faggots, click at your own risk.

U-6 Total unemployed, plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force, plus total employed part time for economic reasons, as a percent of the civilian labor force plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force

Obama is an abject failure at everything, people are not snatching up guns because of him they are not worried about him at all.

He has made the country less safe and people want to defend themselves from the hate groups he helped create that are attacking America from the inside out.

He even has people like you buying guns (kind of....410) and then posting pics online to fit in even though you show why people get shot in their homes from unsafe handling of firearms.

Simple math would tell you that this government is inept and will never get guns from Americans without sending a lot of retrieval agents 6 feet under.
:blah: :blah: :blah:
I can't believe so called college educated people think like this. Like there was no racism before Obama got into office.

Slavery 1619-1865 before Obama
Jim Crow 1866-1964
Chicago riots: before Obama
Assassination of MLK: Before Obama
Bombing of a Church in Alabama that killed 4 little girls: Before Obama

But Obama is blamed for this occurring cancer in our country. :coffee:

My SiL has worked there off and on since the late 80's. All I ever get out of her is group lead coordinator of franchise development for support of group projects or something similar.
