I want the Magic to win, but damn I'd love to see Kobe get another ring so there can be a commerical with Kobe showing his new ring off to that fuck face LeBron

I sure hope the Magic sweep and blow the Lakers out in every game.

I am a charter Orlando Magic season ticket holder. I purchased my two tickets (out of six my family bought) originally when Pat Williams came to the East Orange Rotary Club to stump in June 1986.

This past Saturday night was one of the best atmospheres we have had in Orlando for a game, ranking right up there with game 7 of the eastern finals in 1995 and the game where Anderson stole the ball against the Bulls in 1995. The building was LOUD and the party spilled into downtown after the victory!

The city is absolutely on fire and gaga over the team and the coaching staff.

Naturally I am rooting for a title but I am proud of these guys even if they fall. No NBA team has ever eliminated three 60 win teams in the same postseason and the Magic are trying to be the first to do so. It has been 14 long years between finals games here and I can't wait for game three.

I don't expect the next game to be as easy for the Lakers.

Magic had their chances in Game 2, doesn't look good for them down 0-2. Lakers win in 5 or 6.

I get that cliche, but isn't ever game a "must win" in a way for every team?

I understand what you mean, and yes you always try and win. But I was referring to Orlando being down 3-0, or 3-1 after the next 2 games. That's a tough order, win 3 or 4 games in a row in a NBA Finals.

I completely understand what you were/are saying, and I agree with it. However, that is just one of those cliche's that I find funny as hell.

oh please... I'm still shocked the league allowed Orlando to get past Cleveland...

i highly doubt they'll let small market Orlando beat LA, when the league is clearly trying to get a rebirth of LA/Bos/NY going...

and of all the leagues... the NBA most of all seems to meddle in results (and drafts) at get what they want

One of the best NBA playoff seasons since the 1980's.

Tonight's game should be good, got my beer ready. I'm not really a Magic fan but I'm always happy when a Florida team wins a title. (Except for the Gators and Canes  )

It's really, really, really hard to concentrate and read past your new and improved signature picture.

But I'm not complaining :D

Game 4 is going overtime. Derek Fisher hit a 3 pointer with 5 seconds left to tie it up. Orlando uses 2 time outs, but for the second time in the series, misses a game winning shot as time expired.

Derek Fisher hits another key 3 pointer to break a tie with less than 3 minutes to go and the Lakers win in overtime.

No disrespect intended towards the Lakers, but Orlando gave this game away. Howard misses two free throws with 10 seconds left, if he makes one of them Orlando has a 4 point lead - instead the lead stays a 3 and the Lakers tie it up.

The Lakers lead the series 3 games to 1.

Also - f__k the NBA for giving them 2 days off between games 4 and 5. The playoffs drag on long enough, game 5 should be on Sat.

Kobe is the best player in the world. But I don't like him at all and I never have. He's always been a punk.
