Provide an example of her lying under oath. I've had this conversation with others.

For example: It's going to be awfully hard to prove that she lied when she said nothing she handled was classified when Comey said he can't say she knowingly handled anything that was classified.
A pair of leading House Republicans on Monday laid out detailed instructions for the Justice Department to file perjury charges against Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

More than a month after first requesting the department open a criminal probe into Clinton for alleged misstatements she made under oath, the GOP heads of the House Judiciary and Oversight committees told a federal prosecutor specifically where they believed Clinton had lied to Congress about her email setup at the Department of State...

I am not aware of her claiming to have only used one server. The thing I heard was about her talking about it being more convenient to use one device. But I can see from other things I did see her say that the people involved are reaching in at least some cases.
For one, Clinton repeatedly claimed that none of the material she sent or received via her personal email account was marked as classified. The FBI later declared that at least three emails on her machine contained some classified markings, although they were incomplete and apparently done in error.
We've been through that. The FBI said it didn't have evidence to say she knowingly did any of that. I don't know why they're even making an attempt on this one.
Additionally, Clinton previously claimed that her lawyers had gone through each of her emails individually;
No, she didn't. This relates to the thing Gowdy said where he established the false premise. She did not say they went through each one individually. She said they went through the e mails in the context of a conversation including reference to search terms.

The Republicans are screwing up again. The perception among those who make the difference in the balance of power between the major parties is going to be that they are a bunch of rabid partisans that are out to get Hillary Clinton.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

For 30 years Hillary has bitch-slapped these fucking dimwits. Every. time.

Its to the point that, guilty or not, it is glaringly obvious that the republicans are a Little League team trying to hit major league heat and failing miserably with metronomic regularity.

And sadly that's where we are as a country. You can divulge Top Secret information to adversaries, lie to Congress, etc and as long as you have the media on your side and a house niqqer running DOJ you are good to go. I'd prefer justice be served, just once, rather than crow about how my candidate of choice is so adept at skirting the laws of the land that average people lose jobs and go to jail for.

What's a little divulging of allegedly Top Secret info when the precedent is that its OK to expose a covert CIA agent to retaliate against her husband? I mean, c'mon.... :ohno:

There was an indictment and conviction of course, just as there should be with Clinton. I think you're coming around on this finally.

I'm all for it, but where is the evidence?
