Seems like just rephrased "unisex" bathrooms - which make sense, imo.
Not for any social justice reason... but, if it's just a single commode... I don't get why it should be segregated.

You can't be serious...and you must not be in a relationship - at least with a woman (a real one, not a tranny or some invention of your mind).
The reason unisex bathrooms aren't more prevalent is because women do not want to share a bathroom with a guy. Women want the toilet seat left down...and if a man uses the same toilet with the seat down, that usually spells trouble for the chick.
My wife finally came to the logical conclusion that the seat should be left up at all times unless someone needs to sit. If the seat is up, Lil' Cluck can drip on the toilet bowl and forget to clean it up and Mrs. Cluck never has to worry about a wet seat.
But, try to explain that to the hordes of woman out there who don't want to check their toilet privileged status.
