Are you guys ever able to venture out of Fargo?
Been to Montana and Weber St in the Big Sky the last couple years.

Funny, your Avatar looks like Lakes, is that who it is?

I have confirmed that Lakes does not go to Bison games. Video from Spandos coming shortly.

South Dakota and Montana did beat them last season.
And they nearly got beat by the Charleston Southern, even had to go into OT at home for the first time (or something like that). Crazy times...

Chuck South is a good physical team. The Bison are not invincible. NDSU can't go on winning championships forever, it has to end someday.

Funny how one night of great exposure can make things happen isn't it? BREAKING NEWS in Charleston.....CSU has been begging for the series with the Citadel to be renewed. Today on local ESPN they just broke it....CSU vs Citadel is BACK beginning in 2018. Oh my....

Yeah, I was wrong about the score. I admitted that on AGS (and my twitter) about 10 minutes after kick off once I saw how bad NDSU's OL was at picking up blitzing defenders.

Yes, I think a competent QB wins that game by 10-14 for CSU. He was 8-20 passing and ran 11 times for 13 yards and CSU still forced OT. I said that at 7:25 central Saturday night. That was 40 minutes after kick off...we might have been in the second quarter...? https://twitter.com/cdl1018/status/769692376436658177

9 minutes before that I said "This isn't a good Bison team" https://twitter.com/cdl1018/status/769690004842946560

Yet, when the dust settles the dumb mistakes NDSU made that they usually don't (blitz pro, bad punts, penalties) really made the game closer than it was. NDSU outgained CSU by 200 yards. Over half of CSU's yards came on 10 runs from Holloway (146 yards on 10 carries) and of that 146 75% of them (109 yards) came on three runs where NDSU fucked their contain up.

I was impressed with CSU's defense. Really didn't think they'd force NDSU to abandon the power game. I was not impressed with CSU's offense.

Oh, and CSU is already on the playoff bubble. 10 games left and only 8 D1 games. One of those D1 games is Florida State. The other is at CCU, where CSU hasn't won since 08.

Let's say CSU splits those the most D1 wins CSU can get to is 7 wins. That's going 7-0 aginst FCS/transitional teams this year. Realistically it's probably 6-1 and they better hope that 1 isn't a conference loss. They aren't getting an at-large if they lose to NDSU, Florida State and either CCU or Bucknell coupled with a conference loss.

That'd be 6 D1 wins with no "name" wins.

Maybe the Delaware game will be a Kickoff game in a couple years.

A few posts at GoHens.net has guys talking about Delaware meeting up with SHSU in the playoffs. I wish I thought that was a possibility.

Sorry for the late chime in. Had to go bury my mom in Texas this past weekend and just got home and had a chance to see the game. All I will say is that all those supposed "experts" and a few of you on here who were banking on past successes by the Bison got to see first hand what us Buc fans have been saying all along. CSU is NOT the push over they were 4 years ago and will not be as long as Coach Chadwell is there.

True. We are pretty damn good.

Another thing I hear the local talk radio guys on Charleston radio saying that is incorrect is they're saying it like Charleston Southern never won a single game before 2015. While the program is at new heights....it's been on a slow steady climb for 20 years. 2000 was much better than 1995. 2005 was a little better than 2000. 2013-now is better than 2005.

Like pushing a boulder up a mountain....every 4/5 year class has pushed this program a little higher up the mountain. Now this group!?!? Wow. They're taking it to the peak. And maybe beyond. It's been so fun watching this thing grow the past 20 years.

Sorry for your loss CSUBUCDAD.

You all have a good team and good coach down there in Charleston.
