It's not. Cooper and whatever the woman's name is totally ceded control of this early. The voters aren't even asking the questions. This is a very strange format.

Martha Radich (sp) even started arguing with Trump about the quality of his answer (as opposed to arguing about time or whether a question was being answered). Odd spot.
