And just sits in the parking lot as there's no one to carry it inside....

Are they going to reduce my costs as my receiving and stocking expenses go up?

This is from brewery to distributor. Not distributor to retail.
Drivers open the doors and back up to the loading dock. Then they head to the break room. They do not unload.
